In psychosis, the disorganization of the symbolic register causes language disorders. The language habitat could then be likened to a cabin requiring permanent tinkering to compensate for any collapse. After having identified a particular enjoyment in the utterances of certain ends of sentences in a schizophrenic patient, we were able to highlight a clever linguistic process which consists of naming a hyponym from a hypernym to cope with the collapse of the linguistic habitat. Failing to find meaning in the words, the patient gives meaning to the reinforcement that he himself carries out in his language structure. It would then be a question of identifying these know-how, these unique creations invented over time, to support the question of the subject and best support the person in the recognition of their own solutions and in the affirmation of a language “style” which is specific to them.

<div><p>Dans la psychose, la désorganisation du registre symbolique engendre des troubles du langage.</p><p>L'habitat langagier pourrait alors s'apparenter à une cabane nécessitant un bricolage permanent pour pallier à tout effondrement. Après avoir repéré une jouissance particulière dans les énoncés de certains bouts de phrases chez un patient schizophrène, nous avons pu mettre en évidence un astucieux procédé linguistique qui consiste à nommer un hyponyme à partir d'un hyperonyme pour se tenir face à l'effondrement de l'habitat langagier. A défaut de trouver du sens dans les mots, le patient donne du sens au renforcement qu'il effectue lui-même dans sa structure langagière. Il s'agirait alors de repérer ces savoir-faire, ces créations singulières inventées au fil du temps, pour soutenir la question du sujet et accompagner au mieux la personne dans la reconnaissance de ses propres solutions et dans l'affirmation d'un « style » langagier qui lui est propre.</p></div>
