L'accordage musicothérapique avec la « dyade prématurée » pendant l'alimentation : un accordage esthésique

Music therapy with the "premature dyad" is, because of the vulnerability of its members and the risks involved, a clinic of the extreme. After a very brief reminder of these peculiarities, the clinical analysis of a period of preparation for Johan's feeding by his mother is studied: observation of the facts appearing to be significant and guiding the interventions, arguments, attempts at definition, observed effects, and supposed links. Three fundamental movements of music therapy tuning are thus examined, which are articulated in a process: the identification of the dyadic tonality for the constitution of the rhythmic third, the organic rhythm-sound proposal, and finally the poetic- rhythm-melodic symbolization, all three forming what Roussillon refers to as “aesthetis” tuning by nature.
La musicothérapie avec la « dyade prématurée » est, du fait de la vulnérabilité de ses membres et des risques en présence, une clinique de l'extrême. Après un très bref rappel de ces particularités, l'extrait clinique d'un temps de préparation à l'alimentation de Johan par sa mère est étudié : observation des faits apparaissant comme significatifs et guidant les interventions, arguments, tentatives de définition, effets constatés et liens supposés sont déroulés. Sont ainsi examinés trois mouvements fondamentaux de l'accordage musicothérapique, qui s'articulent en un processus : le repérage de la tonalité dyadique pour la constitution du tiers rythmique, la proposition rythmosonore organique, et enfin la symbolisation poético-rythmo-mélodique, tous trois formant un accordage esthésique par nature.
